Most large global organisations have an employee recognition programme, but when no harm to people and the environment is the number one priority successful internal engagement becomes a priority. 

After many years following a similar internal communication approach our client used BrandMap to take a fresh look at how the programme could go beyond awareness and encourage story telling and sharing to create a safer working environment whilst improving the quality of new entries to to programme.

 

The results:

  • the generation of a clear statement which informed a creative campaign brief – this in turn saved time and budget and created a smooth and consistent campaign.
